I had a great experience! The receptionist and nurses were very sweet. Despite the Dr. Tu being late, which is to be expected of doctors with patients, he was very respectful and professional.

Very calm atmosphere. The staff is so nice and Dr. Tu is a wonderful doctor and always makes sure I know what my labs are saying and what I need to do to stay healthy.

Dr. Tu is an excellent primary care physician. Today I was reminded of that when he took the time to explain thoroughly each answer to my questions. In today’s busy world, his demeanor and professionalism are unmatched.

I have been with Dr Tu since September of 2012 and he has always been very professional, courteous, and thorough when it comes to addressing my concerns. He has a wonderful staff (Jessica is my favorite 🫶) and their office operates in a very productive and timely manner. I think so much of Dr Tu that I have referred MANY of my friends and family members to join me here at SSM Health and they are all very happy with the service they receive, as I have always been. Sorry Dr Tu, but you are now stuck with me and my family until retirement. 🫶😄😌 I've learned that once you find a doctor that you actually trust and value the opinion of, you've got to hold on to them as long as possible, they are certainly few and far between!
